Settings below are for what I would consider mid-high end PCs
Specs used for testing the settings: 5800X3D & 3080TI

TLDR for max fps:
Low end FSR on & everything on low
40xx series GPU DLSS & frame gen on

This is my personal settings optimized for stable framerates & the most visibility possible.
FSR gives me the highest FPS, BUT it does give input lag. If it is not viable for you to use, turn on DLSS instead, you will lose FPS but the game feels more responsive.

In my experience adding a bit of sharpen helps with visibility this goes for both FSR & DLSS, play around with what you like. I use between 55-160.
